You indicate acceptance of these terms and conditions of service by placing an order with Ezi–TileFix.

These terms and conditions will not be varied for individual customers.

Ezi–TileFix is part of UK Ceramics & Stone Ltd who are leading tiling contractors and suppliers providing comprehensive and integrated services encompassing all aspects of the industry undertaking contracts for a diverse range of clients in the house building and construction industry throughout the UK. Payment Methods

We accept all of the major credit and debit cards (including MasterCard and Visa), all financial transactions are handled securely through our payment services provider PayPal via the UK Ceramics & Stone Ltd merchant account, the Credit Card Statement Name that will appear in bank or credit card statements is UK–CS–LTD (11 Character Maximum) or NF–UK–CS–LTD (19 Character Maximum).

Customers financial details or information (eg. card numbers) are not processed on this web site or stored on the web server, the only information we do receive, and process are our customers details such as forename, surname, phone number, email address, postal address plus the order information, so that a member of staff can process and ship the order to the address provided.

UK Delivery & Shipping

Please note that we only supply and ship goods throughout the UK mainland at the present time.

Provided that the selected product(s) is in stock, we aim to process and ship orders within 24 hours, all orders are delivered by APC Liquid.

All orders placed after 10.00 will be processed on the following working day. Please allow up to 3 – 5 working days for delivery.
