About the product
EPROK Grout & Seal — a precise finish, with less mess.
Bring definition to your tiling with a two-component epoxy grout and a subtle, micro-sanded matte finish. The twin-cartridge format mixes as it dispenses, giving you controlled application directly into the joint.
A tidier way to grout
No separate bucket mixing. Apply the special EPROK wax to the surrounding tile surfaces before dispensing the epoxy, keeping wax out of the joints. Shape the grout and remove surplus material once set, following the supplier’s instructions. Trial the method on a discreet area first, particularly on porous or textured tiles.
Designed for everyday living
The epoxy-resin formulation is designed for durable, easy-care tile joints, with resistance to water and everyday dirt. Choose from 24 shades to complement your tiles, from soft whites and warm neutrals to deeper greys.
Applicator required: 400ml twin cartridge. Use a compatible 1:1 manual or powered dual-cartridge gun, sold separately. Check suitability for your tiles and follow the current product label and supplier instructions. CE-marked.
Application guidance
Use clean, dry joints and a compatible twin-cartridge gun. Before applying EPROK epoxy, coat the surrounding tile surfaces with the special EPROK wax, keeping it out of the joints. This helps surplus material release more easily once the grout has set. Follow the manufacturer’s nozzle, application, setting and removal instructions. Trial the method on a discreet area first and wear suitable protection.

FROM PREPARATION TO THE FINAL JOINT
Apply with control.
Finish with confidence.
Prepare & protect
Start with sound, clean, dry joints. Apply the special EPROK wax to surrounding tile faces, keeping it out of the joints. Test a discreet area first.
Mix & apply
Use a compatible 400ml, 1:1 applicator and mixing nozzle. Follow the EPROK instructions for starting the cartridge and filling the joints consistently.
Shape & set
Profile the joint with a suitable finishing tool. Leave the grout to set as directed on the product label; conditions affect the setting time.
Remove & reveal
Once set, remove surplus material with the appropriate scraper. The wax helps it release from the surrounding tile surface.
Check suitability for your tile and use the recommended protection. Product-specific label and manufacturer instructions take priority.
PLAN YOUR PROJECT
How many tubes
will you need?
Estimate the volume of your tile joints using the dimensions below. Use the depth you intend to fill.
Geometric guide based on a 400ml cartridge. The allowance is adjustable and is not a manufacturer coverage guarantee. Joint profile, surface variation and application waste affect actual use. Online parcels are limited to 20kg; split larger requirements into separate orders.
BEFORE YOU START
Your EPROK questions.
Does it replace silicone or waterproofing?
No. Grout does not replace flexible movement joints, silicone seals or a correctly installed waterproofing system.
Can I apply it over old grout?
Remove existing grout and prepare a sound, clean joint before application. Follow the current EPROK preparation instructions.
What about porous tiles or natural stone?
Check suitability and any sealing requirements with the supplier. Trial both the wax and grout on a discreet area before covering the full surface.
How long should I leave it before removing surplus?
Follow the EPROK label for your product and conditions. Allow it to set sufficiently before scraping; temperature affects curing.
Can I use every shade outdoors?
Check the approved use for the exact product and shade. Epoxy light colours can be affected by UV exposure, particularly whites.
Will EPROK repair hollow tiles?
EPROK is for grout joints. For suitable hollow or loose tile repairs, explore our Ezi-TileFix repair kits and refills.
Do I need an application gun?
Yes—a compatible 400ml, 1:1 twin-cartridge gun is sold separately. Manual and powered options are listed below with finishing tools and EPROK wax.
